Here we can talk about Sirius Black aka Padfoot, who I have to say is my favourite character! R.I.P Sirius!

I kind of liked the padfoot from the movies. It must have been really hard to cast, because Sirius is such a complex character with really specific traits. I couldn't believe it when he died, I just sat there with my hand over my mouth just like not breathing. It was so horrible.

I didn't' cry when I first read it but then shortly before the realise of HBP I re-read it and felt like crying my eyes out!
I also like him better from the books too.

He's better in the books, I agree. I don't know how he'll look next movie though (seeing as he'll be somewhat cleaned up), so I can't say for sure.
I learned something. Never read the part of OotP where Sirius dies while you're PMSing. It will bring about great depression from mood swings, and thoroughly ruin your day.

He was my favourite character too! I cried like a baby when he died, I was just in complete shock, there were no words! I sat in silence for a while, and then one tear rolled down my face, and that was it. I was in mourning for the next 2 days! I was completely distraught!

Oh my god, I loved Sirius. I do agree that he was alot better in the books. But that doesn't change how much he meant to me. I remember reading that Sirius fell, and then I kept waiting for him to come out, but then he didn't come, and I started crying my eyes out. I got up walked around, my dad came in and thought that I had injured myself, and then I was in an altogether crappy mood for the rest of the summer.
Sirius will always live on in my heart!
